Description
This is a direct appeal from an order sustaining appellees preliminary objections to appellants complaint in trespass and entering judgment in favor of appellees. Appellants complaint alleged that appellees, his sister and brother-in-law and their daughter, enticed and persuaded appellants son to stay away from his father and that, as a result, appellant suffered severe emotional stress and physical disorders for which he is entitled to recover damages. Appellees filed preliminary objections to the complaint in the nature of a demurrer and also raising the bar of the two year statute of limitations. The trial court sustained the preliminary objections and entered judgment in favor of appellees, stating that the "definitive nature" of the objections precluded further pleading. This appeal followed.
